China – the untapped opportunity: Unlike most development stage companies that go public, and require substantial investment before the company can begin operating as a going concern, Mina Mar has an inventory of private companies that are successfully operating in China and seeking to gain access to public markets in North America or Europe. It is exceedingly difficult to break into this huge market, given the differences in trade practices, language barriers, cultural differences and more.  Importantly, who you know is vital to success in this market.

Mina Mar has a team of legal and business consultants on the ground in China, and a well-developed network of key business, political and economic development contacts.  We have conducted a series of business junkets in China, as well as hosting key delegates visiting North America. 

Mina Mar has successfully completed its first deals, and there are a number of deals in the pipeline at various stages of completion. Most of these companies have run rates in the millions of dollar, and significant bottom line results.

Mina Mar provides consulting services to these companies to walk them through the regulatory and business processes necessary to access public markets outside of China.  This provides an ongoing flow of deals which will deliver value to Mina Mar shareholders.

North American Deals:  Mina Mar is also working in a more traditional manner within North America.  We consult for a number of high growth companies ready to enter the public market in the U.S.
